We are happy to schedule a free, no obligation introductory meeting (in-person or online) to discuss a bespoke plan for your company.

HARPER’s offer

  • Inspect, analyze, advise, and implement the new pension plan, including completion of all the necessary documents and formalities.
  • Ongoing annual services: Duty of care (legal requirements, changes), information sessions for all employees and new hires, full service help desk for HR and English communication.

Remuneration scheme

  • One-off fee to be paid to HARPER at the start of the assignment for advisory and implementation.
  • Annual fee per employee, contingent on service level (solid, premium or excellent) to be paid to HARPER at inception of the pension plan and annually thereafter.
