HARPER’s offer
- Inspect, analyze, advise, and implement the new pension plan, including completion of all the necessary documents and formalities.
- Ongoing annual services: Duty of care (legal requirements, changes), information sessions for all employees and new hires, full service help desk for HR and English communication.
Remuneration scheme
- One-off fee to be paid to HARPER at the start of the assignment for advisory and implementation.
- Annual fee per employee, contingent on service level (solid, premium or excellent) to be paid to HARPER at inception of the pension plan and annually thereafter.
