Maximum plan

The maximum plan is the best possible coverage, as permitted by Dutch tax authorities and legislation. This plan is based upon an age-related ladder/table and may roughly vary between 4% and 35% of the employee’s annual wage.

Some characteristics:

  • Employer stands out in a very positive way when compared to other employers.
  • Costs rise according to the age of the employees.
  • Risk cover (such as widowers/orphans) included.
  • Maximum old-age pension accrual.
  • No additional payments by employees needed (Although possible).
