Mischa Schrijver, founder, HARPER’s major shareholder and CEO. Mischa has over 40 years of experience in the insurance industry, both nationally and internationally. Mischa is a generalist, with in-depth knowledge in many areas. He masters several languages. Mischa is also a certified pension advisor and holds a Master of Financial Planning (MFP).
Naftali Schrijver GRMC

Naftali Schrijver, co-owner and Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) of HARPER. Naftali has multiple years of experience in the insurance industry and is a certified Risk Management Consultant. Naftali is a generalist. Before joining HARPER, he spent several years working for an international insurance broker and employee benefits consultant. He masters several languages. Naftali is also a certified pension advisor.
Alex Struik CPC
GROUP PENSION
Alex is trained as an actuarial calculator and as a Certified Pension Consultant (VU-University Amsterdam). Alex masters mutliple languages. Alex has more than 40 years of experience as a senior pension consultant for (international) companies and institutions. Alex is also an experienced financial advisor and a certified advisor in the field of short and long term disability and property & casualty insurance.
Hadassa Sherman
MANAGER OPERATIONS
Hadassa Sherman, Manager Operations. Hadassa has several years of experience in the insurance industry. Before joining HARPER, she was an underwriter at an international insurer for Business and Private clients. She speaks several languages. Hadassa is responsible for Operations and is also an advisor.
Sal Mantel
ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
Sal Mantel, Account Executive. After completing his Masters degree in Business Administration (in English), he joined HARPER. Sal mainly focuses on Pensions. In addition to pensions, he also focuses on short and long term disability and property & casualty insurances. He speaks several languages.
Dina Levy
MANAGER ABSENCE MANAGEMENT
Dina Levy, Manager Absence Management at HARPER, has over 15 years of experience in absence management.
With her extensive experience supporting (international) companies in managing and reducing employee absence, our Manager Absence Management is a true expert in this field. Dina masters mutliple languages.
She is fully certified under the Dutch Financial Supervision Act (Wft) and holds the recognized RVI diploma. With her combination of strategic insight and a hands-on approach, she helps organizations gain – and maintain – control over absence.
